We started Lavalink in 2017 because our own families were paying too much for internet that failed daily. So we built a better network ourselves — modern equipment, real engineering, right here in the valley — and we’ve been extending it to the places everyone else ignores ever since.

How do I know if you can reach me?

Use the address check — or step outside at night. If you can see our blue beacon on top of L-Mountain, chances are very good we can connect you.

Is there a data limit?

No. We don’t meter data, we don’t throttle, and we don’t charge overage fees. That’s partly why we started this company.

Does it handle online gaming?

Absolutely. Our Wave plans run 3–6 ms to the edge of our network — lower latency than most cable. Baseline handles gaming happily too.

What if I unplug my router?

Don’t panic — the help page walks you through reconnecting in a couple of minutes, with a diagram for every router we hand out.
